Monitor the Subjects/Objects in a Visual Way
The Real-time Tracking aims to track the registered subjects/objects by locating the tags attached on them at the real-time basis. Besides, the system enables automatic violation alerts, geo-fence and schedule management to control the entry /exit of the controlled areas. And all the real-time data such as locations, violations, geo-fence and schedule can be management on a unified interface.
The Real-time Locating enables to locate the subjects/objects continuously and real-timely reflect them on the electronic maps in the form of icons. The Real-time Tracking also enables to perform headcounts, search specified subject/object locations and replay their historic tracks.
The Violation Alerts enables to pre-define business rules, thus, the system is able to keep monitoring and trigger alerts upon any violation of the rules. The violations can be in-cell violations, in-workshop violations and boundary violations.
Geo - fence
The Geo-fence enables authorized user(s) to define the fence on the electronic maps, thus, the system is able to keep monitoring the subjects/objects inside the geo-fence, in case any unauthorised border crossing occurs, the system is able to automatically trigger alarms and reflect on the electronic maps.
Schedule and Zone
The Schedule and Zone function enables to setup schedule and zone for subjects/objects, in case, the subject fails to follow the schedule and zone, system triggers alarms and CCTV tracking. For example, overstay alerts, off site alerts.s
Monitor & Control the Access to the Controlled Areas
The Access Control aims to determine, monitor and control who is allowed to enter or exit, where they are allowed to exit or enter, and when they are allowed to enter or exit. In order to achieve the abovementioned objectives, the system provides functions including Patrol Management, Visitor Management, Time & Attendance Management and Surveillance & Snapshot.
Patrol inspectors only need to shake the patrol stick through the patrol card of various patrol stations during their patrol execution, which can record the name of patrol station, real time and date by radio-frequency induction principle. When patrol inspectors come back to the administration center, they can just use communication interface to upload patrol data to the system. Meanwhile, they can also use patrol management software to record and manage the attendance of patrol inspectors and event enquiry. Offline patrol consists of patrol station checking (induction card), patrol equipment (patrol stick), patrol management software, and so on.
Visitor Management allows Security Personnel to register a visitor and authorize him/her to access certain areas according to predefined door(s) and time period. Functions include Visitor Card Management, Visitor Registration, Visitor Authorization, Visitor Tracking and Card Return.
Time & Attendance Management
The Time & Attendance Management aims to manage the working and non-working time of the staff. The system provides functionalities such as organizational calendar definition, working and non-working time definition, leave and travel management, attendance management and related reporting & statistics.
Surveillance & Snapshot
The Surveillance & Snapshot aims to capture snapshots upon the abnormal entries or exits, and the snapshots will be captured automatically by the system, the snapshots might be reflecting entry during limited timeframe, entry by card scanning, abnormal card scanning, wrong password input, expiring cards, etc.
Seamless Surveillance for Integrated Security Insurance
The Video Surveillance is applying high-definition video surveillance technology, high-definition video image information collection, HD encoding, HD transmission, HD storage, high-definition display. The application is based on IP network transmission technology, intelligent analysis function which provides video quality diagnosis, etc..
The video Wall is a special multi-monitor setup that consists of multiple computer monitors,video projectors, or television sets tiled together contiguously or overlapped in order to form one large screen. Typical display technologies include LCD panels,Direct View LED arrays, blended projection screens,Laser Phosphor Displays, and rear projection cubes.
The Privilege Control aims to grant authority for user(s) to access the different real-time surveillance videos or video records. For example, in a building, the duty staff if a specific floor is only allowed to view the videos of that floor, and the staff of the monitoring centre are able to view videos for the whole building.
The Video Management includes functionalities such as video switch, video processing, video retrieval, video replay, etc. Besides, it provides some special functionalities such as on-line video snapshot, video screenshot and video downloading within an appointed timeframe.
For the video cameras with PTZ installed, the system support remote control of the cameras including lens zoom in/out, lens turn left/right, uptrend/downdip, Infrared light switch on/off, audio switch on/off, camera reset and etc.
Automatic notifying Responsible Staff of Violations
Alarm Centre is designed to utilize various devices to real timely monitor different security cases, such as fire, smoke, water leakage, steal, intruder and other unexpected incidents. If the system detects any abnormal case, the Alarm Centre is able to automatically trigger alarms such as light alarms, audio alarms, and message alarms to notify the responsible staff.
The fire/smoke Alarm functionality is able to detect fire or smoke via deployed devices, normally, some sensors, and trigger alarms to inform responsible staff and indicate where the fire or smoke occurs on the electronic maps.
Water Leakage Alarm
The Water Leakage Alarm functionality is able to detect water leakage incidents via deployed devices, and trigger alarms to inform responsible staff and indicate where the water leakage occurs on the electronic maps.
The Steal Alarm functionality is able to detect unauthorized entry into the controlled areas via deployed devices, and trigger alarms to inform responsible staff and indicate where the incident occurs on the electronic maps.
Except for the abovementioned alarm functionalities, the system enables authorized user(s) to predefine various violation rules upon the controlled areas, thus, the system is able to keep monitoring the areas, detect the violation and trigger violation alarms to inform responsible staff and indicates where the violation occurs on the electronic maps.
