Centrally Manage the Vehicle/ Driver Information
The Vehicle/Driver Information Management enables to accommodate vehicle information, driver information, etc. where the information is centrally stored and managed. The authority is well managed to control the view, edit, delete actions upon the information only by authorized user(s), thus, the data source is proven to be unique and accurate.
Vehicle Information Management
The Vehicle Information Management aims to accommodate the information of the vehicles and the accommodated information includes but not limited to license plate number, region, vehicle type, model, color, etc. The Vehicle Information Management is a central database to store information of vehicles which allows other modules to reference. Thus, the information can only be maintained by authorized user(s) for data accuracy consideration.
River Information Management
The Driver Information Management aims to accommodate the information of the vehicle drivers. The accommodated information should consist of driver’s full name, phone number, date of birth, drive license number, date issued, license code and etc. The Driver Information Management is a central database to store information of the vehicle drivers and allow other modules to reference, thus, the information can be maintained by authorized user(s) for data accuracy consideration.
The system supports modification of registered Vehicle and Driver information, and only authorized user(s) are able to perform the maintenance actions including add, delete and modify, thus, the updated information can be automatically synchronized with other references. Besides, the maintenance history is recorded by the system for future auditing.
Remote Control the E-lock to Ensure Cargo Security
The E-lock is installed on each vehicle and keeps communicating with the control centre via GPRS/GPS network, thus, the real-time cargo location and status data will be collected by E-lock and sent to the control centre for monitoring, meanwhile, the control centre is able to remotely control the E-lock such as locking or unlocking the E-lock.
The E-lock can be registered into the system following a smart wizard by authorized user(s), the registration information includes but not limited to E-lock registration date, model, production date, RF frequency and other properties.
E-lock Binding & Installation
The registered E-lock will be assigned and bound to a specific vehicle on the system, meanwhile, the E-lock will be physically installed on the specific vehicle. Then it is ready to be validated for collecting real-time data and exchanging with the control centre via GPRS/GPS network.
E-lock Monitoring & Control
Once the E-lock is validated, it will keep communicating with the control centre and can be remotely locked or unlocked by authorized user(s) from the control centre. And any attempt to lock/unlock the E-lock without authority will trigger alarms to the control centre.
Remotely monitor the Cargo fro- m Departure to Destination
The system provide user interface with electronic maps on where the real-time location and historic movement of the vehicles/cargoes are simulated and illustrated, thus, the authorized user(s) based in the control centre is able to real-timely track the location of all the registered vehicles/cargoes. Besides, other information such as vehicle location, current speed, E-lock status, etc. will be collected by on-board equipment and transferred to control centre.
The system supports the generation of filing obligation to indicate taxpayer the tax responsibility over the following new tax year. Registered taxpayer’s personal information such as name, FIN/TIN, tax type is displayed on the filing obligation. ITAS generates filing obligation to corresponding taxpayer under three circumstances which will be introduced in next part.
The system can issue pre-filled return forms to taxpayer monthly or annually according to corresponding tax period. This process starts upon ITAS system receives request from taxpayer or his/her representatives to generate return forms or generating trigger is activated, and ends when the return form is issued.
The system can process return automatically through e-Revenue Assessment Engine. All return files are sent in terms of batches to Back Office to process once Front Office Officer finishes receiving them. Processing taxpayer return mainly includes officer capturing return and ITAS assessing return. At the end of this process, assessment notice will be generated to taxpayer.
Proactively and Intelligently Manage the Cargo
The system provide proactive alarms for the control centre upon any violation events of the vehicles or cargoes, besides, the system provides intelligent reporting services for the control centre to view the reports and statistics based on the business requirements.
Alarm Rules Definition
The system enables authorized user(s) to pre-define the Geo-fence, vehicle speed limits, routes for the vehicle and cargo which is recorded as alarms rules in the system, thus, the system is able to automatically compare vehicle/cargo statuses with the rules and trigger alarms in case the rule violation occurs.
Reporting Templates Definition
The system provide a powerful reporting platform where the authorized user(s) is able to pre-define the templates for the required reports and statistics, and the system supports more than 30 types of report template styles such as Column chart, Line chart, Pie chart, Bar chart, etc. to indicate the trends.
Real-time Alarms and Reporting Services
Once the Alarm Rules is pre-defined by authorized user(s), the system is able to automatically trigger and send alarms to appointed user(s) upon rule violation, and the alarms can be defined to be sent to personal computers, mobile phones, pads, etc. Once the Reporting Templates are pre-defined by authorized user(s), the system is able to automatically extract data from the system and display the reports and statistics to authorized user(s), besides, the system enables to export the reports and statistics into files such as Excel, PDF, XML, etc.
