Technical Writer is responsible for creating and writing various types of documentation, including technical and commercial proposals, white papers, manuals, guides, marketing documents, etc. This position requires a combination of skills and experience involving:

  • Ability explain scientific and technical ideas in simple language.
  • Experience in drawings, specifications, mockups, and product samples design.
  • Strong technical writing skills (in English and Chinese) to assure quality of document content.

Principal Duties:
Working as Technical Writer in Pre-sales Department, successful candidate will cooperate closely with Application Consultants, Marketing specialist, Sales team, Implementation team to ensure overall quality of the document content. The principal duties are including, but not limited to the following:

  • Proofread and edit documentation to ensure consistency of language and style, as well as correct application of templates.
  • Write technical direction on product announcements, marketing brochures, advertisements, and marketing specifications.
  • Meet with customer representatives, vendors, plant executives, or publishers to establish technical specifications.
  • Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals.
  • Gather information on their subjects on the web and other possible sources.
  • Prepare charts, graphs, or forms to go along with rough drafts.
  • Provide updates and different editions as necessary.
  • Partner with other teams such as Support, Training, and Professional Services to understand and respond to customer documentation needs

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent background from practical experience;
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content management, or other related fields;
  • Experiences in business writing is essential; extensive experience of proposal writing experience in a corporate environment preferred;
  • Strong technical documentation skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint;
  • Comfortable working with page layout, formatting text and exhibits in Word-based and PowerPoint-based templates;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;

Technical Illustrator

Technical illustrator works in conjunction with Application Consultants, design teams and technical writers to create a variety of technical graphics. A technical illustrator takes information from text or data and creates illustrations that communicate this information concisely and accurately. This information could be function introduction, software interfaces (GUI), features description, installation instructions or diagrams for a service guide. This position requires a combination of skills and experience involving:

  • Demonstrable illustrations and graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
  • Experience in web design and related graphical elements;
  • Experience in user interface design and related graphical elements;
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders;

Principal Duties:
Technical Illustrator’s duty comprises the varied assignments, including corporate website, brochures, presentation design for Marketing team, support Consulting team and Development team to design illustrations describing key features and functions of the product as well as cooperate with UI team to design system user interface for product demonstration. The principal duties are including, but not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience (mostly design graphic interface for system demonstration);
  • Execute all visual design stages for website, system interfaces and other illustrations from concept to final hand-off to engineering and developing;
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Communicate with UI designers, technical authors and engineers to gain a better understanding of the product
  • Use drawing, sketching, painting or photographic skills and, increasingly, computer packages, to create and produce illustrations
  • Consult with different stakeholders, seeking approval at all stages of development and making any changes as required, until gaining final approval.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent background from practical experience;

System Analyst

As member of Pre-sales Department, System Analyst’s focus is to deliver technical expertise to sales operations and support dedicated team with system requirements analysis and functional and software architecture design. The principal duties are including, but not limited to the following:

  • Provide technical support during pre-sales phase to Application consultant and sales team;
  • Participate in qualifying client needs and perform technical discovery with customer prospects to architect/build high quality, customized proposals and demonstrations;
  • Prepare flow charts and diagrams to outline system capabilities and processes.
  • Design functional and software architecture to respond to system requirements;
  • Recommend hardware and software purchase, use and development.
  • Support delivery team to implement proposed functional and software architecture.

Pre-Sales Associate works closely with department manager and pre-sales consultants to assist the preparation of technical and commercial documents, including bidding documents (commercial, technical and financial proposals), marketing and sales materials (system presentation, brochure, white papers, etc.), and other documents. Our Network Engineer contributes to engineering design as well as the day to day operations of the complex communication networks that comprise CSSCA global IT infrastructure.  Perform in depth troubleshooting and diagnostics for data and networking across the enterprise and serve as an escalation contact for the global IT Infrastructure team.  Act as a technical consultant on internal projects, interfacing with multiple teams and maintaining relationships with our customers and vendors.  Provide problem resolution, analysis, and design services as a member of a project oriented team.  Provide new technology assessments, recommendations, research and development, as well as team member and end user training as necessary.  Maintain and monitor the quality of the all aspects of the network utilizing industry standard tools.  Develop and maintain network and support documentation.


 

Principal Duties:

  • Architecture analysis, design, implementation and fault diagnosis of the network systems of the company’s overseas projects;
  • Consultation and planning of the company’s internal information system construction;
  • The company’s internal and external network technology trainings and setup of experimental environments;
  • Preparation of pre-sales technical solutions and after-sales delivery documents, and Visio and CAD drawing making;
  • Collecting/organizing cutting-edge technologies and project cases on network to form knowledge bases for learning and reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and above in computer or network related majors;
  • A deep understanding in commonly used route and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, STP, etc.;
  • Familiar with CISCO, H3C, HUAWEI network device product lines, capable of independently designing network architecture and selecting product types;
  • Having CISCO CCNP, CCSP, CCIE or the equivalent capacity is preferred;
  • Having work experience in HUAWEI, ZTE and other large system integration companies is preferred;
  • Careful, patient, having high sense of responsibility and sense of service, able to take the initiative under work pressure;
  • Good English comprehensive ability. Reading and writing abilities are a must. No special requirements for listening and speaking abilities;
